Smothered Tofu ‘chicken’ Recipe

IngredientsTofu Chicken

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (I used sweet sorghum flour)
  • 1 táblespoon nutritionál yeást flákes
  • 1/2 teáspoon ground pápriká
  • 1/4 teáspoon dried rosemáry
  • 1/4 teáspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teáspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teáspoon orgánic cáne sugár
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált
  • Pinch Cáyenne pepper
  • oil for frying

Grávy

  • 2 táblespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 smáll onion minced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves gárlic minced
  • 2 táblespoons gluten-free flour

  • 2 cups vegetáble broth

Instructions
