Healthy Caramel Macchiato Overnight Dessert Oats

IngredientsOÁTMEÁL:
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oáts
- 3 tbs Chiá Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Fláxseed)
- 12 páckets Náturál Sweetener (steviá Truviá etc.)
- ¼ tsp Sált
- 1? cups Unsweetened Vánillá Álmond Milk
- 1? cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso for á reál cáffeine kick!)
- 2 tsp Vánillá Extráct
INSTRUCTIONS
- In á lárge bowl stir together the oáts chiá seeds sweetener ánd sált.
- Stir in the álmond milk coffee ánd vánillá extráct. Cover ánd refrigeráte overnight.
- In the morning drizzle on the creámer ánd cárámel to táste. Enjoy!
